Richardson Compliance provides online caregiver compliance training, including initial certification courses, annual renewal courses, and quarterly in-service training for Adult Day Care and Personal Care Service learners.
You agree to use the site and training portals only for lawful purposes and in accordance with your organization’s training requirements. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and your employer’s policies.
Account credentials are issued for authorized users only and may not be shared, transferred, or resold. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity occurring under your account.
Training access is provided under program-specific pricing displayed at checkout. Payment is processed at the time of purchase. If your employer is covering the cost, use the coupon code provided to you at checkout.
All sales are final. Refund and cancellation terms are described in full in the Refund and Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
Site content, training materials, course curriculum, assessments, certificates, branding, and related resources are owned by Richardson Compliance or its licensors. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
